Since 1996, the ICREI organizes every two years an international conference exploring the potential and the limits of property rights and economic instruments in relation to a specific aspect of environmental policy. In 1996, the conference discussed general concepts and ethics<\/a> (June 1996). Successive topics included Water<\/a> (July 1998), Marine Resources<\/a> (juin 2000), Coastal Zone<\/a> (juin 2002), Wastes<\/a> (juin 2004), Land Resources<\/a> (juin 2006), Climate change and air pollution<\/a> (2008), Biodiversity<\/a> (juin 2010) et Agriculture and Forestry<\/a> (juin 2012). The proceedings of each bilingual conference have been published by top companies : Dalloz (France), Bruylant (Belgium) and Elsevier (Netherland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
