For too many environmentalists,\u00a0 economics\u00a0 and\u00a0 business\u00a0 are\u00a0 traditionally responsible for environmental destruction.\u00a0 Accordingly enterprises\u00a0 are considered\u00a0 as responsible for overusing natural resource and pollution<\/p>\n

Sustainable\u00a0\u00a0 development is a rallying concept\u00a0 but\u00a0 we\u00a0 must\u00a0 go further:\u00a0 think about methods,\u00a0 imagine instruments\u00a0 and\u00a0 above\u00a0 all implement\u00a0 them.\u00a0 This 10th\u00a0 International Conference\u00a0 aims at the\u00a0 implementation of\u00a0 concepts we\u00a0 developed\u00a0 since 1996 and published in 9 books.<\/p>\n

In order to face up economic decay and unemployment, green growth must mimic policies and institutions which are responsible for economic prosperity and environmental quality in developed countries: secure and well defined property rights, freedom for business and rule of law in order to free initiative, investment and innovation which have been and still are the prerequisite of technological revolution and social<\/p>\n

Green growth offers unlimited perspectives for society at large, provided entrepreneurs be free to imagine, create and profit. Governments must no longer act directly but be an efficient catalyst and partner Eventually we have no alternative to<\/p>\n
