An interesting article from EPICENTER on fisheries. The UK is considering a new policy based on Individual Transferable Quotas-ITQ which we advocated at our international conference “Marine Resources: Property Rights, Economics and Environment” (Elsevier, 2002). This could trigger a change of CFP which is a living example of “The Tragedy of the Commons”
